Included in services of the PRP program Charles County Freedom Landing staff work with consumers who desire to return or enter into employment.  Services enable individuals to (re)enter the job market and maintain employment. A person's interests, skills, and employment goals are assessed. Jobs are explored and evaluated in an attempt to place individuals in jobs which provide growth and advancement as employment continues. Support is offered during placement, orientation, and transistion. Additional support is available when needed to maintain employment, or to assist in problem solving or resolution of additional stress that may effect work performance.
